I. Overview:

The JTY-GD-S832 point-type photoelectric smoke fire detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector) uses non-polarized power input and can detect smoke generated during a fire to promptly issue an alarm signal. The detector employs CPU control to intelligently determine the concentration of smoke produced during a fire. When the detector is in monitoring mode, the red indicator light flashes, and the operating current is low. When the on-site smoke concentration exceeds the set alarm threshold, the detector enters alarm mode, with the red indicator light staying on and the relay activating simultaneously. The detector features dry contact relay output, with alarm signals provided through changes in relay contact status, and includes an alarm lock function. Alarm reset can only be achieved by briefly cutting off the power. The detector has an automatic dust accumulation compensation function, which reduces the impact of dust on detector sensitivity. The detector is suitable for locations where large amounts of smoke are generated during a fire but where there is normally no smoke,

such as: communication stations, substations, oil extraction platforms, self-contained generator rooms, railway station facilities, computer network centers, high and low voltage switchgear, compact substations, cable tunnels (interlayers, shafts), large equipment power cabinets, wind turbine nacelles and substation cabinets, flammable goods cargo holds, electronic data storage facilities, and other relatively enclosed and narrow spaces. It is not suitable for locations where steam

and oil mist may be generated; nor is it suitable for locations where smoke normally lingers.
